Operations Manager for CI&T Philippines
, you will be the strategic heartbeat of our local operations. This role is a unique blend of

You will report directly to the
Philippines Executive Director
and serve as the primary bridge between the Philippines talent pool and our
Australian and Global Business Units
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Delivery Support & Enablement

Act as a mentor and
force multiplier
for local Project and Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
