Qualifications:

  • At least bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least with 3 years experience as an Operations Manager in the same industry
  • With experience in managing sales account in BPO
  • With experience in managing outbound sales accounts
  • Proven record of excellence in leading people
  • A goal-oriented and high-achiever
  • Amenable to work near Tagaytay City

Salary ranges from Php40,000 to Php60,000
