Qualifications:
- At least bachelor's degree in any field
- At least with 3 years experience as an Operations Manager in the same industry
- With experience in managing sales account in BPO
- With experience in managing outbound sales accounts
- Proven record of excellence in leading people
- A goal-oriented and high-achiever
- Amenable to work near Tagaytay City

Salary ranges from Php40,000 to Php60,000
