About the role

Seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join the team at Pentagon Freight & Forwarding Services Sdn Bhd, based in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This is a senior position and has day‑to‑day responsibility for the operations including Seafreight, Airfreight, Logistics and Agency functions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all freight and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution and Project Shipment.
• Lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
