Operations Manager

₱70,000 - ₱85,000 a month Manages day to day operations of Supervisors with 25 virtual assistants with varying clientele. Accountable for reduction of customer churn via effective coaching of team members to ensure quality output. Prior experience in relevant field (minimum 3 years) required. Amenable to 2x a week office work. Must have track record of solid Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Coaching for Improved Performance.
