Job Description

The Operations Manager provides overall leadership and direction to the company’s production and operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies for the timely shipment and delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and align all operational teams toward production targets and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee workflow planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across departments.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvement through strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Implement and uphold company standards for quality, productivity, and compliance.
  • Supervise department heads and foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Report operational performance, challenges, and recommendations directly to the President.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, or related field.
