Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage OT infrastructure operations and provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware environments. You will ensure system stability, handle incidents, and drive operational excellence in production‑critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OT infrastructure operations and ensure service stability
• Provide L3 support for Windows Server & VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• Handle incidents, problem, and change management
• Troubleshoot performance, server, and virtualization issues
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
