Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating business operations
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
  • Allocating resources and coordinating activities across departments
  • Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulations
  • Preparing reports and advising senior management on operational performance
  • Resolving operational issues and implementing improvements
  • Participating in business planning and strategic decision-making
