**Job Overview:**
**Manufacturing Production Manager**
The Production Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, productivity for high speed, high volume manufacturing department. This includes organizing and directing departmental activities on the assigned shift, including providing leadership, direction and facilitation of production line teams, and coordination among, maintenance, quality and materials to achieve operational goals.
**Shift & Schedule:** This is a full time position on a **off shift** , working typically 8:00pm to 6:00am, Monday-Friday. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.
