Job Qualification

  • Must be a licensed Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) from a reputable College or University.
  • With a minimum of 10 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in plastic industry.
  • Expert in plant administration and management, production and processing, and mechanical (machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance).
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
  • Strong team building, decision‑making and people management skills.
  • Has good written and oral communication skills.
