About The Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations while leading the transformation of ASC East into a world-class, scalable, and high-performing facility. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, improving on-time delivery (OTD), enhancing quality, and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all engineering, supply chain, and production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
