We’re Hiring: Operations Manager (Remote)

Are you an experienced call center leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment? We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead remote teams and drive operational excellence.


Rate: $20–$30 per hour (depending on experience) I Full Time

Location: Remote


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily call center operations
  • Manage agents, supervisors, and team performance
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (conversion rate, contact rate, productivity, QA, attendance)
  • Analyze performance data and implement data-driven improvements
  • Ensure team accountability and high performance standards
