Job Description

The Operations Team Leader manages a team of Operations Supervisors and Captain Drivers and ensures the effective execution of fleet deployment, driver management, and vehicle performance. This role is vital in bridging middle‑management operations to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor at least 5 Operations Supervisors and their teams.
  • Oversee daily deployment and resolve escalated operational issues.
  • Track vehicle uptime, trip productivity, and driver performance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Inspection, and Dispatch for end‑to‑end ops alignment.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous operations improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years in operations, with 2 years in a leadership role.
