We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join the Senior Management Team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Birmingham. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering operational performance, supporting strategic growth and ensuring high-quality, efficient services across the hospital.

Working closely with the Hospital Director and senior colleagues, you’ll lead service delivery, manage and lead key teams, oversee facilities and estates, and ensure the hospital meets its contractual, financial and quality objectives.
