Job Description
We are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and scale complex, multi-client operational delivery within a high-growth, distributed services environment. This role requires a strategic operator with deep experience in BPO or shared services, capable of building scalable frameworks, leading large remote teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Own end-to-end operational performance across multiple service lines and delivery teams.
- Define and implement governance models, operational standards, and performance frameworks.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability and visibility.
Service Delivery & Execution
