Operations Manager (Medan, Batam, Pekanbaru, Padang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Malang, Samarinda)

GreenSM Indonesia is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead depot operations and drive service excellence across our ride-hailing business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily depot operations, leading fleet teams, optimizing driver performance, and ensuring operational excellence through data-driven decision making.
