Operations Manager, Mechanical & Electrical

Report to Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager. Responsible for the overall management of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations to meet Grade A commercial building standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop plans and manage daily operations for One Raffles Place to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.
• Engage and align all stakeholders with clear, results-oriented communication.
• Lead and supervise M&E team and Outsourced Service Providers.
• Liaise with government authorities and consultants to ensure full compliance with building and statutory requirements/regulations.
