I'm currently recruiting for an **Operations Manager** to join a growing **precision machining manufacturer** serving the aerospace and industrial markets. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on the shop floor and has the technical expertise to lead by example.
We're looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader who can oversee daily production, troubleshoot machining issues, drive scheduling, and support a team of skilled machinists in a fast-paced CNC environment.
