Operations Manager

Job description:

Own daily end-to-end operations: inventory, fulfillment, people, and SOP compliance for high-volume 18K gold e-commerce.

Key Duties:

• Manage warehouse + inventory accuracy (receiving, storage, reconciliation)
  
• Run order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship), hit daily SLA, reduce RTS/packing errors
  
• Enforce packing controls
  
• Handle returns/claims verification and restocking/write-offs with Finance/CS
  
• Lead ops team: scheduling, coaching, discipline, ...
