An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a large elderly care provider overseeing a portfolio of residential and nursing homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring high standards of care and compliance, supporting Home Managers, and helping deliver excellent outcomes for residents and staff across the region.

This role would suit an experienced multi-site manager with a strong background within elderly care and a passion for quality improvement and people leadership.
