Join our Network Operations Center team and help optimize Amazon's last-mile delivery network by transforming complex operational data into actionable insights. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, drive automation, and enhance the experience for station operators and delivery service partners across our global network.
Key job responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across the last-mile network, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
