Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or related field
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in management, operations and leadership
- Knowledge in cost and productivity optimization as well as design and implementation of operation procedures
- Understanding in finance related matters, setting budgets and reporting against financial objectives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization
