We’re looking for an engaged, people‑focused Operations Manager to join our Retail team and help us deliver for one of Australia's major retail partners.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, customer service, and financial performance are achieved. You will lead a dedicated team of supervisors and transport allocators in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key areas:

  • Ensure smooth transport operations and execute plans with precision
