Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Shogun Inn on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities This position is located in the Lodging operation within the 718th Force Support Squadron. The primary function of this position is to supervise NAF employees that perform work in the operations of maintenance; motor vehicle; linen exchange, and logistics for lodging operations with 800 or more rooms/units. Accountable for the quantity and quality of work performed by assigned employees to include: hires, promotes, motivates, disciplines, and separates employees. Writes, coordinates, and submits AF Form 332, Base Civil Engineer Work Request, and tracks work orders to completion. Ensures safety inspections are current, to include facility, fire extinguisher, preventative maintenance, OSHA, and other inspections are maintained and documented.
