OPERATIONS MANAGER

Introduction

An exciting career opportunity  for a commercially astute Operations/General Manager – with apparel production/design house experience  to join a high-growth national sportswear brand.

The role combines strong financial governance with operational execution capability. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial controls, optimising operational performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Must have a completed degree in Finance, Business or related discipline, demonstrated experience in financial and operational leadership, strong commercial acumen and analytical capability and a proven ability to implement structure within a growing organisation as well as effective stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
