  • Sharp analytical thinking and operational control
  • Busy local + long‑haul operation, large fleet (60+ vehicles)
  • A workshop that keeps uptime high and breakdowns low
  • Daily stats, reporting, planning, and forecasting
  • Deep knowledge of containerised cargo, port logistics, line‑haul operations (non‑negotiable) – Routing and Scheduling
