We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end BPO service delivery, ensuring efficient and compliant performance across workforce management, SLAs, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior leadership role, or demonstrated ability to perform at this level
  • Proven experience managing large-scale teams and multi-client operations
  • Strong background in sales, appointment setting, and conversational sales
  • Ability to lead with empathy, patience, and understanding as core service values
  • Flexible and willing to work USA-based shifts
