Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete lettings cycle, from property listings to tenancy agreements

- Lead, mentor, and support the lettings team to meet targets and maintain service standards

- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms with landlords and tenants

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners

- Ensure compliance with lettings regulations, company policies, and procedures

- Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports
