Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lettings cycle, from property listings to tenancy agreements

• Lead, mentor, and support the lettings team to meet targets and maintain service standards

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms with landlords and tenants

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners

• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations, company policies, and procedures

• Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports

• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries efficiently
