Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hiring operations across TA department
- Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Evaluate and improve operational efficiency and productivity
