Job Requirements
Inbound Operations
Responsible for ensuring timely availability of feedstock to avoid delays or plant stoppages.
Develop and maintain a strong supplier and transporter network through effective supplier management practices.
Ensure required quality feedstock is available for plant consumption and take necessary corrective or recovery actions where applicable.
Outbound Operations
Monitor animal feed sales, buyer collections, dispatches, and transportation arrangements, including external storage if required.
Ensure all bulk and SFD deliveries are executed efficiently, on time, and with zero in-transit losses in accordance with customer agreements.
Maintain strict quality compliance prior to dispatch.
Weighbridge Management
Oversee efficient weighbridge operations, including periodic calibration, audits, and monitoring of discrepancies or malpractices in inbound and outbound cargo.
