Drive operational success at Extendicare as an Operations Manager, leading administrative and financial processes in a long-term care environment.
In this full-time role, your leadership will ensure compliance with regulations while overseeing administrative functions like payroll, budgeting, and HR processes. You will work closely with the Executive Director and develop a strong administrative team that aligns with Extendicare’s values. Your responsibility also includes analyzing financial reports and maintaining resident billing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute financial management including payroll and billing
• Analyze HR data for strategic decisions
• Serve as HR contact for employees and residents
• Coach and lead a high-performing administrative team
