Your responsibilities will include setting and achieving KPIs, tracking performance measures, and actively engaging with production workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. You will guide teams through effective coaching while ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain active presence to monitor production workflows
