What does the job look like?

Based at Hazelmere, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of the BHP contract. Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and commercially sound operation of all warehouse and transport activities. Your leadership will ensure Linfox continues to maximise payloads, deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance with all OH&S, environmental, and legislative requirements. Key areas:

  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring commitment to safety, Chain of Responsibility, and quality requirements

  • Oversee warehouse operations and local transport activities, ensuring efficient and reliable service
