Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage cargo movement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, coordination skills, and hands-on experience in logistics and cargo handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end cargo movement operations
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
• Monitor shipment tracking and resolve operational issues
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance related to cargo movement
• Prepare operational reports and MIS
• Handle client coordination and ensure service quality
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines
