We are hiring a Sr. Associate – Branch Operations to manage day-to-day branch activities, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service within the BFSI sector.


Key Responsibilities


Branch Operations

  • Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, MIS, and operational reports.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and organized branch environment.


Sales & Customer Engagement


  • Calling customers for policy revival activities.
  • Provide sales support to the branch team.
