Elevate clinic operations with HearCANADA as a full-time Operations Manager in Central Ontario. Provide multifaceted support to new clinics while ensuring exceptional patient care and team empowerment.
In this permanent role, you will leverage your multi-site operations experience in retail or healthcare to enhance HearCANADA clinics. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, your analytical mindset will help drive KPIs and operational excellence. The position is hybrid, involving approximately 60% travel in the region, primarily around the GTA.
