Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution & Fulfillment

  • Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations including warehouse coordination, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.

  • Oversee daily logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery, accurate stock levels, and quality compliance.

  • Partner with internal teams and 3PLs to streamline fulfillment workflows.

Marketplace & Platform Operations

  • Oversee online marketplace operations, ensuring product listings, pricing, content and promotions are consistently accurate and optimized.

  • Coordinate with tech and marketing to maintain best-in-class site health, navigation, and conversion funnels.

  • Analyze platform performance, customer behavior data, and sales trends to recommend action plans.
