Operations Manager – DNV Business Assurance Netherlands

About the role

DNV Business Assurance Netherlands is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and further strengthen our national operational delivery across multiple sectors in a service-driven environment.

This is a country-wide leadership role with accountability for operational performance, resource planning, quality, and delivery across a portfolio over 20.000 chargeable days. You will directly lead six Sector Leaders, each responsible for their respective sector teams, covering auditors, planners, and back-office colleagues. In addition, you will oversee a team of Service Center and Data Quality Stewards, led by the Process Manager, ensuring operational data integrity and transparency. All Overseas Delivery and Key Accounts fall under the responsibility of a dedicated manager who also reports directly into this role, further expanding the scope and strategic importance of the position.
