Operations Manager 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10am – 6:30pm

Responsible for Warehouse and Transportation operations with Tim Hortons Distribution in Debert, NS, you will have real impact in providing millions of Canadians with their favorite cup of coffee every day. We are looking for a self-starter with an ownership mindset, strong safety culture, front-line leadership skills, and focus on process efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer service.

Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Distribution Operations, the Operations Manager will be accountable for the overall management of all warehouse and transportation activities. The successful candidate will ensure daily operational targets are met while maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring a safe work environment.
