Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Operations to lead and scale our restoration business. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand from $5M to $10M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive production, accountability, and performance across teams.
This position will oversee all aspects of production, including project management, estimating, and field operations, while ensuring excellence in execution, data tracking, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across emergency services, asbestos abatement, and reconstruction divisions
Drive production performance through data, KPIs, and financial metrics
