Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Operations Manager - Contracts (CONFIDENCIAL) to join our teamMain activities and responsibilities:• Supervise and lead respective teams • Conduct performance management and trainings of the assigned team• Manage assigned process, ensuring up to date documentation• Identify process improvement opportunities and manage implementation• Resolve any escalated issues• Manage SLAs for the assigned process and regular presentations to report results and actions• Support quality management activities• Manage operations and coordinate between Bangalore and Belo office• Work to continually improve processes, mitigate risk, increase efficiency and optimize effectiveness across the preservation processRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in law (preferred) or equivalent Degree with SnP background• Min 8 to 10 years of experience in handling teams, monitoring overall functioning of project/process, identifying improvement areas and imp...
