The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing cleaner and client communication, coordinating schedules, tracking operational details, and supporting office and administrative needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong oral and written communication skills. You should be comfortable using tools like MS Excel and standard office software to manage schedules, records, and communications. If you have experience as an Operations Manager or Executive Administrative Assistant and are familiar with Airbnb, short-term rentals, or the cleaning industry, we'd love to meet you. A successful Operations Manager ensures smooth daily operations and supports weekly and monthly operational goals.
