Operations Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Master’s Degree a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of experience relevant to the job description.
- Experience in Leadership, Manufacturing leadership, Lean, continuous improvement, and Analysis
- Demonstrate Leadership Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization and suppliers
- Computer literate - moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced Skills in data mining, analysis, and report development.
- Ability to analyze business processes related to operations/manufacturing.
- Lead cross functional teams and manage conflict
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Customer Focus (Internal and External)
- Bilingual skills (English, Spanish) is required
