Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in automotive sewing manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and operational excellence.
