Operations Manager – Project Logistics

On any given day, the Operations Manager will be

  • Oversee, lead, direct and manage the fiscal and overall operations at a local level to ensure that growth and profitablity goals and objectives are met
  • Plan and implement appropriate resources at local level (staffing, training, equipment, and systms) to ensure contractual compliance and delivery of quality services that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations
  • Leading the management of expectations for local Project teams, facilitates communication on business requirements and establishes critical performance metrics
  • Provide the MPL local operations team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, revenue enhancement, human resources, procedures standardization, systems applications, and process execution.
