Operations Manager

Lumi Nails & MedSpa is a boutique luxury nail salon and medical spa opening in Chicago's South Loop. We offer Russian manicures, luxury pedicures, lash and brow services, and a full range of medical spa treatments in an elevated, design-forward environment. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day business and help build Lumi into Chicago's premier destination for beauty and wellness. The Role As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily salon and medspa operations, lead and support the team, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless, five-star experience.
