Primary Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Manufacturing and Assembly personnel Coordinate with Production Manager and Master Scheduler to establish priorities on both shifts for all production areas Work with GM to create and maintain employee training on a monthly/quarterly basis Create training aids to instruct and increase skill sets for assemblers, operators, and personnel performing ERP transactions Responsible for scheduling repairs and Preventative Maintenance for all key production equipment Control ...
