Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality compliance, safety standards, and cost‑effective performance. Leads and coordinates production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control teams to meet company goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to maintain smooth workflow.
