The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 , which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.   The Assembly Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly operations at INNIO's engine manufacturing facility in Welland from point of raw material to final inspection. This role includes directly leading several teams, operation leads, and technicians to meet business goals and achieve overall productivity targets. This role is also one to help coordinate and drive first time quality (zero defects) and on time delivery for the plant by collaborating with many departments. The successful candidate will have prior experience in operations management, process controls, customer service, and have shown success in both leading and developing manufacturing teams for highly complex products and systems.   At INNIO, we offer you
