Job Description

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions for employees and contractors
• Estimate materials and labor, prepare proposals, and use pricing techniques
• Analyze data, sales, and profit in Excel and prepare monthly reports
